 After passing the relevant Praxis exam(s), to be eligible for our program, you must have secured a teaching position. After that, we will send you an application. Once we receive the application and the deposit is paid, you can consider yourself enrolled in our program. 
Prior to the start of each semester–or very shortly after it begins–we will hold a virtual orientation where we will cover the specific requirements that are necessary to successfully complete our program, which are outlined in our Handbook. As a general overview, our requirements are as follows:

• Three satisfactory observations by your HEP supervisor, with the final observation rubric scored as 90% “highly effective” or “effective,” with no “ineffective” ratings.
• Completion of a two-week comprehensive unit plan, with an assessment and data analysis component. 
• Monthly virtual seminar attendance
• Completion of 25 hours of (free) Professional Development
• Weekly reflections
• Required readings
• And, depending on the license you are trying to obtain, there may be a few other requirements that will be discussed during orientation.
